Inspired Artworks is going digital!

My friend, thank you for being here and following in this journey. As my first blog post I thought to keep you in the loop as to a new turn of event here at Inspired Artworks, or should I say behind the scenes. 

In January 2023 I purchased a course that is teaching me surface pattern design, and art licensing. You may wonder, what does that mean? 

Surface pattern design is what you see everywhere in store on products, such as clothing, notebooks, packing, mugs etc. The list is literally endless. Art is EVERYWHERE you look! Art licensing is the sale of art for reproduction purposes.

This is what I am currently pursuing, and I couldn't be more thrilled! I'm already working with some local makers and business owners with some designs and projects, and I know with certainty this is the path to take. 

So what does that mean for you? Well, not a whole lot will change right now, you will still be able to purchase my collection of prints and greeting cards on my website, as well as select markets as they occur. But as I pursue the art licensing, you will notice less card designs being released as I cannot do everything nor do I want to. Eventually I may not do a physical product at all, but at that point in time there could be many more amazing ways to support me as an artist! 

I'm super thrilled to be making this change, but it will be a long journey and will take plenty of time to come to life.
